Although New York Fashion Week for Fall 2011 has come and gone there are plenty of fantastic beauty trends to get excited about and start replicating. Check out the backstage beauty trends that dominated the catwalk:

Inspiration: Modern Day Jean Shrimpton in New York. “We are creating a very modern Jean Shrimpton look, reminiscent of David Bailey photographs.
Soleimani created a cat eye using the Eyeshadow in Licorice on the lid as a liquid liner on the top and bottom. She then coated the lashes with lots of mascara to create the look of false lashes. The lip was a vibrant coral and the cheekbones were highlighted with the Camellia highlighter.
